For nearly 2 decades the Woodend Winter Arts Festival has brought together acclaimed Australian and international talent with the music, literary and arts community of the stunning Macedon Ranges over the June (Queen’s/King’s Birthday) long weekend. JUNE 9-10 Logan Writers Festival, Qld

This is a South East QLD festival for readers to find their new favourite local authors and for writers to celebrate their craft.

JUNE 12-16 Winter Words, Beechworth, Vic

JUNE 14-16 Willy Lit Fest, Vic

Held annually in Winton, Queensland, this festival aims to engage writers and readers in Australian stories.

JUNE 27-30 NT Writers Festival, Darwin, NT

This four-day festival emphasises Australia’s cultural and linguistic diversity, bringing people together to share story, language and culture. The 2024 theme is reverberations and features local and visiting authors including Charlotte Wood, Shankari Chandran, Debra Dank, Donna Cameron, Emilie Zoey Baker, Izzy Roberts-Orr, Jacinta Halloran,  Julia Baird, Kate Mildenhall, Marieke Hardy, Sally Bothroyd, Sam Elkin, Thomas Mayo, Tyson Yunkaporta and many more!
